 (1)Q: How can i activate the 48clone(96 bits) of KEY TOOL MAX?

A: please check the right of bottom on key tool max interface,and you will see device&history-licence-Transponder clone ID48(96bits).The interface of device will show how many new VVDI remotes you have generated.The function will be activated automatically if you have generated 10 new remotes and collected all bonus points.

Tips:please consult local dealer if you want to activate 48 clone of keytool.

(2)Q: How to cut the key accurately through Xhorse CNC.

A: Firstly,please update the firmware version of machine,and then make all device calibration before cutting.

(3)Q: How to determine the Mercedes-Benz key is dual battery?

A: Firstly,you can use ignition switch coil signal detection on keytool max,just make the device close to  the door handle of vehicle,the key is dual battery if you hear "di di di"voice.

Secondly,you can generate a new Xhorse PROX Collector and then make it close to the door handle of vehicle.The key is dual battery if you see the LED of Collector blinks.

Tips:VVDI MB can't make dual battery key.
(4)Q: What can i do when the xhorse CNC display an internnal error?
A: please clear all errors three times through Upgrade kit,and then update the firmware of machine.Please save the cutting history if you still need it.

Customize key data The locksmith wants to make a new key, but the key type cannot be found in the VVDI database.Don’t worry about that ,the CNC machine of xhose has designed a customize key function, which can help us solve this problem well.We can use the vernier caliper to customize the size of this key model. Today I will make a standard double sided key model in order to introduce this function .
