Customize key data
The
locksmith wants to make a new key, but the key type cannot be found in the VVDI
database.Don’t worry about that ,the CNC machine of xhose has designed a customize
key function, which can help us solve this problem well.We can use the vernier
caliper to customize the size of this key model. Today I will make a standard
double sided key model in order to introduce this function .
(1) Customize
key data--Add model--Key type:choose your key type.

(2) Key
shape:there are two ways to align the key shape(Tip align and Shoulder align)
,here we select Tip align and set the size of Key model.

(3) Key
space:The measurement methods of the two alignment methods are different,
please set the key space data according to the Picture 3.
tips:Position 1 is the distance from the center of Bitting 1 to the root of key and so on.

(4) Key
flat:the general fixed value of Key flat is 100,but please set it according to
the actual distance if you have a special key.

(5)Key
depth:Depth 1 is the distance from the highest tooth to the lower plane of key, Depth 2 is the distance from the second highest tooth to the lower plane
of key and so on, as shown in the Picture 5 below.

(6) Internal
axis coordinate:Generally,This data is the default data of the machine

double sided key often choose clamp M1.And set the brand information of Key
model.

(9)Finally I make a Chrysler key with the help of this Key model,and open up the ignition lock successfully.
